everybody welcome back to another tutorial today I'm going to show you how to upload your already recorded Google meet recording to YouTube and in the next video will cover how to post it from YouTube into Google classroom so the first thing we're going to do if you haven't already follow the tutorial that I put up that is titled verify YouTube channel is a required step before we start to put our recordings onto YouTube all right if you haven't done that posits video and go back now when you're done recording a video of recording a Google me it should send you an email with them about 5 minutes usually don't look exactly like this if you click open and drive if it's a very short video it will render preview for you just like that but most of the time these are going to be 10 to 30 minute recorded videos it will look something more like where it will say we're processing this video please check back later if it's a long video like 10 minutes it may take an entire day for it to be processed for you to preview it so it will look either like this or like this Highway both ways will will work just fine so the next thing we're going to do is we're going to click where it says YouTube uploader for Dropbox Drive all right it'll be up here if you have a pretty generate already if it is not generated and still processing it will be down here once I click on that it will bring up an authorization so you'll have to click login an authorized it will ask you log into your your Google account use your school Google account then after you authorize it something like that know what I want to hear the advertisement these are all advertisements do not click on the this is how we get to use this this you still eat for free they advertise do not click on the advertisement okay I'm going to click Google. and I can see my email I'm already logged in Google trip right now all of our Google Drive all of us Michael drives have this folder now if we've recorded a meet some going to dub now I see the last time this was modified so this my most recent one it's a longer one like this this one no does add files to list below okay so I can see the file I just clicked on it now down here now I need to click add to upload list that we go I've got the video that I want to upload now I'm going to click upload to Youtube this may take a few minutes depending on your connection speeds but as you can see all right it's uploading it Raquel I'll put it in YouTube all right so the next thing I'm going to do is open a new tab go to my app Explorer and go to YouTube now on the left hand side going to go to library oops sorry your videos this might take a minute as you can see it's loading loading bar there we go August if you click on it we can see that it's uploaded this is only thing that long. Happened a lot quicker than some of those others those other video El Sol be where it may take a while for it to upload just be patient get a cup of coffee come back so sorry YouTube go to videos I heard us. I'm going to click on the three dots actually I'm going to go over to show more out there it is YouTube Studio this is what I'm going to click on some go to click YouTube Studio I'm going to go to videos like to see all of my videos that are uploaded right here now I'm going to click where it says visibility I'm going to make it unless 360 this means someone will need the link in order to view it they can't just search it and YouTube I figured that's what most of us are going to want now I'm going to click save now in order to post Satori oh actually first I'm going to give it a good title number to edit the details I'll go back to see you can see that again going to hover over it and click details I'm going to change the name of the video I'm going to say I'll just leave that there isn't there it's made for kids hopefully you are aware that kids will be watching this disability unless said all right going to hit save now I'm sure most of you will become YouTube Stars after this for all of your quality educational content so remember who taught you how to do this all right so this is loading it might take some time like I said before a lot of this is going to be based on connection quality so if you're out in the sticks and you've got DSL and may take quite a while even me at home compared to being at school says something went wrong let's retry enemy at home I've got a lot slower connection than what I'm used to at work so I haven't don't click tell me to send an email.
