Today we're going to go over how to complete the classified time card.  So you'll click the link that was provided to you and put in your full name. You'll enter the email address and make sure that it's correct because this is the way that you'll be communicated once the time card is complete and You'll select 'Go to Form' to initiate. Here you will see where you can enter any of the information that you need to input. The red boxes mean that they're required information. Yellow Boxes are if you'd like to add your address which we highly suggest though not required. You'll go in and complete all of the information and input your hours accordingly. Now if you're going to be completing this across the whole month, make sure you 'Save progress' and you will get a link that is sent to that email address that you input so you can fill out the information across the month...and you'll access, through your email, the updated link to this. When you're ready to complete it, you'll sign your name and 'add signature' and you'll go to submit the form after reviewing all of the information this is where you'll see a question that asks for you to select your role so if you're working at a site, you will need to select the site staff and this will send it to the site secretary who you will select in the dropdown here. For District employees or District staff, that's when you'll be selecting this box here and you'll select your supervisor but if you're ever unsure please select the site staff so it goes to the appropriate secretary to review for you once you're complete you'll get a notification it will go from the site secretaries to the supervisor who will sign here and then go to Jamie and the district office to complete here.  After that's completed you will be notified via an email that the process is complete.
