Hello everyone, today I would like to quickly show you how to add a student contact in Synergy. First, simply log into TeacherVUE... and once in, make sure that you have selected the appropriate section for your student and it will populate with your students here obviously I'm using a dummy class so yours will likely have more students than me. The process is the same, simply click on the student in question and select 'Log Student Contact'. In here it will automatically populate the current date and time, which is fine if you're filling this in on the fly as things are happening, but you're welcome to go in here and adjust the date and time.  Simply enter the person that was contacted, in this case I will say 'Parent', and select the outcome.  One that we are particularly interested in is the student 'Not Participating' outcome, but depending on your type of contact you can use any of these options here. Additionally, you can add any comment and once you have that in there you can simply hit 'Log Contact' and that's all there is to it.
