Missy toriel I will be showing you how to start and join a Google meet meeting first I will start by opening Google Chrome and I will type in art just meet. Google.com I can see that I'm signed into my Google domain account at no home. K12. See and do you now I'm going to click join or start a meeting at this point I'm the person creating a meeting so I will just type in a nickname for this I'll just called I see that I have a microphone I'm going to leave that on I currently do not have a camera plugged in but that's okay going to click join meeting now interesting options you can use your phone to talk to the meeting or you can just use what you've already have set up all Chromebooks in the district have the ability to use the microphone and the camera I would encourage you to use your own, for them to invite people to use the invite and simply type in the name can you quit send invite another option if you know people aren't near the computer but you do have their phone number they can simply find a meeting via phone call so you can type in a phone number make a call it will dial this phone and it will allow them to join the phone call just from their phone Drake white simple know when people are in you can see the list of people who are in here you can also forcemeat them a lot of background noise you can click me up it will unmute them for everyone in the call not just for yourself so they can unmute themselves as well then also send a chat in order to present a document or Sideshow you'll click present now and on the lower right-hand corner and you can do your entire screen I'm going to keep trying to screen now I'm going to open up my document all right so now NZ the meeting what people are saying is actually what you're saying on your screen right here so if you click on any of these times they will say the same thing to stop sharing you just click stop presenting and then it will go back to the typical be right there we go if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to detect apartment you can reach me at Sea Gonzales at know him.
