Arcata High School gym

Student-athletes must have an Annual Sports Physical. The exams will be conducted at the Arcata High School gym. The cost is $20.00.   A student can receive a sports physical through a physician of their choice; however NHUHSD paperwork must be completed.  Please be sure you have the paperwork for the exam that can be found under Athletics section of school website.
