Desired Qualifications
• Serves as the administrative and instructional leader of the school.
• Is responsible during school hours and school functions for the health, safety, welfare and morale of site personnel and students.
• Demonstrates an open, collaborative leadership style, promoting ongoing staff development and ensuring that the site continues to be on the forefront of innovation.
• Desires to be a “servant leader” and contributing community member who will model hard work, humility, and integrity in ensuring optimal education for all students of all abilities.
• Possesses knowledge of school and district finance including budgeting strategies and identification of new revenue sources.
• Has a successful track record of engaging in constructive employer-employee relations, fostering problem-solving approaches, and resolving conflict in a positive manner.
• Has a depth of understanding about programs such as career education, special education, and at-risk youth and the use of research-based practices, including multi-tiered system of support as it applies to academic and emotional/behavioral needs of all students.
• Demonstrates success in effective student discipline and positive school climate through Restorative Justice practices.
• Has first-hand knowledge of issues affecting under-represented students or preferably has participated in or directed Student Success and Equity Programs.
• Will establish and maintain positive community, staff, and Board relations. Has a proven record of engaging families and community members to gather input while communicating the needs of the site and its students.
• Prefers stability and is willing to make a long-term commitment to the district.

$119,475-$150,300 plus $1500 Masters/$1500 Doctorate Stipend
